We implement our own methodology based on the intentional biomechanics of track movement in order to better understand the development of a technique that can enable us to execute the different strategic variables of the game.
Our programs are very personalized so we create a unique experience for the group that wants to be part of this clinic. We advise your concerns and objectives and create a work plan that fits our teaching. The work topics can be adjusted to the group requirement by unanimous decision.

DEVELOPMENT OF THE PLAN FOR THE PLAYER
From weekly part-time programs to full-performance programs to intensive multi-day clinics, we can create and shape the sessions to suit the players and the duration of the stay they wish to have.
The weekly intensive tennis program is offered at the exclusive Champions Gate resort located in Orlando, Florida. It is the perfect setting to enjoy not only a week full of tennis-level learning, but also enjoy all the social and cultural amenities that are offered and that the program includes. The goal is to offer all this in an atmosphere of total confidence and unity to create an unforgettable experience for all.

Course taught and directed by the directors of the academy
Presentation of the integral method of biomechanical development and movement based on the Spanish system.
Technical and strategic development sessions for singles and doubles.
Our student-by-coach ratio (4: 1) provides a highly personalized experience.
Multidimensional physical work covering the most important departments of physical development adapted to all levels and ages.
Work of points with live analysis for greater assimilation and absorption of the concepts presented in the exposed topics
Improvement of the aerobic physical state that contribute to improve the cardiovascular profile.
Psychological sessions on the track for development and improvement of concentration in competition
Practical classes of stretching and functional heating for better performance. (Preventive Plan of Typical Tennis Injuries)
A very familiar and social environment
TRANSPORTATION
All trips to and from the airport, resort, and activities are included in the package.
A shuttle bus will be offered daily to be able to move around the same resort during the day.

ACCOMODATION
The academy provides together with the resort houses of high standing for the group. The cost of the hotel for seven nights with double accommodation is included in this package. If you want individual accommodation you will have to pay an extra.
All meals during program days are also included in the package and will be offered at the resort’s Oasis Clubhouse.
The chef of the Resort will create an exclusive daily menu only for the travel groups of Galindo Tennis USA.
